Nice sweater but sizing way off
"I love this sweater but the online sizing info is extremely inaccurate. This particular sweater runs very large. I ordered a M and it was huge. I called customer service to discuss and was told the sweater must have been labeled wrong and I was assured online sizing is accurate. It was a hassle for me but I ended up being able to swap out for smallest size available - XXS - but the experience was disappointing. I actually called before ordering the sweater online bc there were no reviews and I was told it runs true to size. When I took the sweater to a store hours away to exchange it, I found out I would have been charged a restocking fee if I had returned it and this was despite the sweater having wrong sizing listed online. This was my first and last time ordering anything online from this store. Spartina needs to immediately update the online sizing to be accurate."

"Nice cardigan but runs extremely large. Material stretches excessively. I was purchasing online so I called and talked to very nice person who assured me true to size fit so I ordered M and it was huge. Ended up being able to swap out for XXS but had to drive hours away since no store location near me. Would have just returned it but was going to incur a restocking fee, which seemed ridiculous and unfair given how horrible this sweater stretches out. This is an item I think you should try on in the store if possible."
