AN IMPORTANT RETURNS UPDATE
Items noted ‘FINAL SALE’ are NOT eligible to be returned. These items have been marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on your email order confirmation.
We take pride in the quality of our products at Spartina 449. We stand behind the integrity of our designs and offer a 90-day limited customer service satisfaction warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first 90-days of receiving your order.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Spartina449.com will replace your item with the same item if available. If the item is unavailable, an e-gift card will be sent for the current listed price.
For purchases made on Spartina449.com, please go to Contact Us. Please submit a photo of the item, a description of the defect, along with your purchase date and order number. Failure to provide all details will result in delays processing your request.
For purchases made in our Spartina 449 Company owned retail store, please contact the specific location where the purchase was made. Visit our store locator page to find your closest store.
For purchases made at one of our licensed wholesale locations, please contact the specific location where you purchased the item.

Please note, Spartina 449 reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
Spartina 449 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any purchases made between November 1, 2023 through December 24, 2023 can be returned of exchanged through January 27, 2024
When returning item(s) that qualified you for a free gift with purchase, please include the free gift with your return. If you would like to keep the free gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your return amount.
We accept returns of products purchased online and shipped within the contiguous United States only.
Returns are eligible for a refund if they are made within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase.
Initial shipping charge will not be refunded. There is also a restocking fee of $5.95 for any number of items returned and will be deducted from your refund.
All purchases made on Spartina449.com can only be returned online and refunded by the original payment method or web credit. Online orders cannot be returned to Spartina 449 stores.
All purchases made at a Spartina 449 Retail Stores or Spartina 449 Outlet Stores can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any store location. Any items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
All purchases made at Tanger 2 Spartina 449 Outlet Hilton Head located at 1414 Island Road, Bluffton, SC are final sale.
Once your return is received, it could take up to 10 -15 days for it to be processed.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive your new shipment damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Spartina 449 will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To receive our shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact our Customer Care team at (843) 681-8860. Spartina 449 customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any shipping costs that may occur. Spartina 449 is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
