Look closely--not as it appears
"I loved this dress online. I ordered it and the fit is great and it would be fabulous except the background--which looks white online--has dirty flecks in it. I thought something might have happened in shipping so I washed and dried it as instructed and it looked even dirtier. I wrote to customer service to report the issue and their response was that it's supposed to look this way. No offer to return or exchange was made. Extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal Spartina customer for years, but will rethink my future purchases after this experience."
