This was the third time
"This was the third time I have ordered from your site and I have been happy until now. The earrings both previous times came with a nice bag to keep them in, or to gift them. This time they were received in a small plastic snack bag. These were a gift to one of my wife's friends and she used the bag from a previous purchase for the gift. We were very disappointed, and will have to reconsider purchasing from you in the future. It would be nice to have a replacement bag."
