"Bought the necklace for my daughter while on vacation. She has worn it twice to dinners and two of the stone from the cross have fallen out. Reached out to customer service only to be told there’s nothing they can do and to return it to the store. I explained twice that I live in a different country from where I purchased it and the company doesn’t care. They don’t stand behind their product. Such a disappointment."
