Use a garment steamer to fluff up the fringe!!!
"Purchased as a gift for my mom's birthday! When I unboxed this bag the raffia fringe was flat and crimped/bent in some spots. I let it relax for a few days and it still didn't "fluff up" to look like the photos. I almost returned it but then a quick Google search recommended using a clothing steamer to get the fibers to relax. It worked like magic!!!!! The fringe straightened out and became fluffy and full-looking almost immediately! If you buy one and it's a little flat at first, try steaming it! The bag is now stunning and looks like a work of art. I might buy another one for myself!"
