"This jacket is such a perfect early fall piece. The leather is very soft and lightweight. I originally went into the store hoping to see the red version in person, but they did not have it, so I tried this one on, and it went well with the dress I chose, so I got the chestnut color instead. It runs true to size - I chose Medium (sometimes I wear a large in the more fitted jackets and button-down shirts at Spartina), and over a dress it looked very put together. It would also be a great layering piece over jeans and a tailored shirt or tank."
