"Strap was approximately 4-5 inches shorter than my same all in one with Florida on it. I messaged customer service & was told I could return it or they said just switch straps since I had a Florida one, too! I was leaving in a trip to Hawaii & had no time to return it & get it back for my trip. CS could have done better!!"
