"The customer service individual indicated I should order the gold replacement straps, which I did, however they did not match my purse ( I did submit pics of purse In original email). I returned the gold straps & reordered the beige straps as suggested by next customer service individual. They came today & match. I don’t feel I should have had to pay $9. 95 twice, for shipping when I was told to buy the incorrect color straps. Straps are $10. 00 plus shipping of $19. 90. Not worth the inconvenience. Made in CHINA…. Will not purchase from Spartina again."
