"Bought this skirt on sale! Win! Glad I did. I am usually a 12P & bought this skirt in a Large. It fit good & is a perfect length for my 5’ frame. Tall girls take note. When it arrived, it had a mark on the velvet in a line around the skirt. I washed it & it didn’t come out. It did finally come out with my steamer & a velvet brush."
