"Absolutely love this bag! Really don’t like the exchange policy, if you are 30 days out or more they close the door on you. I tried to exchange a similar bag given to me at Christmas and it was a solid no. Way outdated policy! Pretty sure my sister wouldn’t have purchased from here if she had known I couldn’t exchange. The bag though…beautiful. Now what to do with the other one sitting in my closet."
