Disappointing But Got A Refund!
"I was disappointed in that the cap didn’t seal securely. I would only use this at home sitting on my couch. Using it while on the move would be dangerous. Any bump of the cup or accidentally tipping and the cover would come off. I called the 800# to return it and explained. They very nicely gave me a credit AND told me to keep it. It’s just worry-some with a loose cap. While in a girls trip to Savannah, I visited the store just curious, and looked at others to see if it was just the one I received or where they all like that. Sadly they were all like that. Let me say, this is the ONLY item I have EVER ordered or purchased from Spartina that I was disappointed in! But thrilled at the customer service! A Spartina Fan!"
