Please note, Spartina 449 reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Spartina 449 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

When returning item(s) that qualified you for a free gift with purchase, please include the free gift with your return. If you would like to keep the free gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your return amount.

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment as a web credit on full-price merchandise within 7 days of your purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Select sale items and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. 

Please note, a $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or web credit when using the prepaid return label provided. Additionally, your initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of that communication and will be issued in the form of the original payment or online credit.

Important note: International orders are not eligible for return.
