How do I start an online return?
As always, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise with original tags attached, within 30-days of receiving your order when accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items noted ‘FINAL SALE’ are NOT eligible to be returned. These items have been marked as ‘FINAL SALE’ on your email order confirmation.

Your package should include a return form and a Federal Express label (if not, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include the following on the Return Form:
1. Your order number S449-XXXXXX
2. The item(s) you are returning
3. Return reason
4. The best email or phone number to reach you with should there be any questions
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or online gift credit. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Please note, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or web credit when using the prepaid return label provided. Additionally, your initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
No. Please return your item for a refund or e-gift card, and reorder the size needed as a new order. If needed, our customer care team is here to help.
Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 10-15 business days. If you would like to expedite your return, please email returns at email@example.com
For all other U.S. customers, if you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $5.95 for any number of items and will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. No return fee is deducted when you mail items back at your own expense.
All purchases made on Spartina449.com can only be returned online and refunded by original payment method. Online orders cannot be returned Spartina 449 stores.
All purchases made at a Spartina 449 Retail Stores or Spartina 449 Outlet Stores can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any store location. Any items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
All purchases made at Tanger 2 Spartina 449 Outlet Hilton Head located at 1414 Island Road, Bluffton, SC are final sale.
We make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is of the finest quality. However, in the event an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. If our review of the item shows a defect, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will replace the item or issue an online credit at our discretion. Please note, we cannot accept damaged or defective items after one year of the purchase date.
